Conventional road haulage projects are exclusively conducted in accordance with the latest terms and conditions of the Bundesverband Güterverkehr und Logistik (VBGL – federal freight traffic and logistics association).

As soon as any of the dimensions 16.50 m length, 2.55 m width, 4.00 m height or the total weight of 40 t is exceeded, the terms and conditions of the Bundesfachgruppe Schwertransport und Kranarbeiten (BSK – federal expert group for heavy goods transports and crane work) apply exclusively. International transports are governed by the CMR.

The road traffic insurance cover is provided by Funk Gruppe Hamburg. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Offenburg.
